We have our own on site design and manufacturing, this allows a great level of flexibility when responding to urgent tooling or equipment requirements.
Our company manufactures a wide range of jigs, fixtures, sonotrodes and welding horns; together with sliding tables, actuators, acoustic guarding and semi-automatic systems.
We work with clients to evaluate and assess their needs and then work to get the production system they need - custom designed for the application and product requirements.

We take great pride in providing good products and excellent customer service. We build strong relationships and most of our work comes from returning clients with new requirements for new product ranges.
Our office has multiple CAD stations and in-house manufacturing facilities, this enables more flexibility through the design and manufacturing process to produce bespoke products.
As well as design services, we also have ultrasonic, vibration, spin and hotplate welding systems in-house for trialing proto-type tooling and parts. This allows us to assist our clients in determining the optimum process for their parts assembly.

What we do
Automation
We design, manufacture and build bespoke industrial plastic welding and general automation equipment.
We both design and build the control systems and then test them to ensure conformity, functionality and consistancy.
Tooling
We design and manufacture custom and prototype tooling for plastic welding equipment.
Ultrasonic sonotrodes (welding or sonic horns) for ultrasonic frequencies ranging from 20 to 70 KHz.
20kHz is industry standard for most applications.
28.5kHz for some japanese systems.
30kHz for smaller parts.
35kHz and 40kHz for small delicate items and for multihead systems.
70kHz for the electronics industry.
Depending on application we choose aerospace aluminiums, titaniums or hardened steel for sonotrodes.
Spin welder tooling - both the drive tools - anvils and guarding.
Single or multi cavity vibration welder tooling - upper and lower tool sets.
For parts that are difficult or impossible to ultrasonically weld.
Hot plate welding tooling for the parts that are unsupported or in polypropylene.
Equipment Repair
Due to our range of experience with various plastics welding systems.
We may be able to troubleshoot and repair your failed welding equipment.
We also supply ultrasonic Hand pistols / pencils and refurbished welding equipment.
Product Pressure and Vacuum Testing Fixtures
We are also able to design and manufacture pressure, flow and vacuum testing fixtures to test weld strength and process viability.
